Creating Mentally
Healthy Workplaces

Welcome to the Creating Mentally Healthy Workplaces project

Making work free from sources of harm to mental health is a key element of workplace health and safety duties.

This project examines the interventions that workplaces can implement, the facilitators and barriers to improved management of psychosocial risks at work, and develops confidence and skills in re-designing work so that it is less likely to impact people’s mental health.
